Rebecca Hackl and Ricardo Tomás, leaders within the wedding industry, have both been planning lavish affairs for over fifteen years. They've decided to come together to create a superior wedding firm where their talents can unite to elevate their client's wedding vision! Two is always better than one!

Congratulations on your engagement! As you may guess, I love my profession - it's my passion and I can't imagine ever doing anything else. Yes, I'm organized and detail-oriented, but what makes me different is my ability to listen, create, offer unique alternatives, and my ability to quickly and successfully respond and to challenging situations. I've had my businesses for over seventeen years, Trifecta Event Management and Rebecca Hackl Events, but now I'm thrilled to merge Rebecca Hackl Events with Ricardo Tomás to now become Lorraine Tomás!
Volunteering and giving back is a priority in my life as I value learning from others. I currently sit on the board of North Texas' largest wedding professional organization, Society of Wedding Professionals, as the past president. Such an honor! What do I enjoy doing during the downtime? Family, travel, food, and wine!
I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio in Architectural Design and now reside in Dallas, Texas where I have been an Interior Designer since 1990.
I have owned my wedding and event planning company since 2004 and have been featured in The Knot, D Weddings, Wedding Wire, and Martha Stewart Weddings. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Society of Wedding Professionals.
I also give back to my community by serving as Co-Executive Director for the Miss Plano Frisco Organization, a local pageant franchise in Texas, which helps young ladies compete within the Miss America organization and earn scholarship money towards their future college tuition.
Since I joined the team in 2014, I've been bringing envisioned Wedding Days to life and couldn't imagine doing anything but! While I graduated from Harding University with an Accounting degree, I always had an aspiration for planning weddings and events. Little did I realize that my degree significantly benefits clients in the planning process to maximize their budget and create organization. As an event planner, my passion for serving others is illuminated by producing an event that brings the client’s vision to life and guest to remember. It is the small details that make a Bride fondly remember her wedding day and I take pride in executing just that. There is significant value in celebrating life’s important moments and I would love to be a part of seeing your dreams come true!
When I'm not dreaming of weddings, I love spending time with my husband and family, entertaining our daughter and son, being active running, and spending time at church.
For the couple whose life is in full swing, time is precious, and the sanity of their relationship is a priority... I am your wedding planner. For the couples who consider themselves to be intercultural, interfaith, fashion-forward, and ready to hop on a stress-free, fun wedding planning ride of a lifetime - I am your wedding planner. As cliche as it sounds, I really do love, Love.
I have over 12 years of experience planning weddings & events, including destination weddings. I was the little girl who played “wedding” with her Barbies, directed my childhood friends to be “guests at a wedding”, and purposefully found myself executing weddings as an adult for my career. I am blessed to be living what I wanted to be when I grew up... a Wedding Planner. I am half Greek, my mom is my best friend, and I am in an interracial relationship... so I understand you.
I currently serve as the Director of Socials on the Board of Directors for the Society of Wedding Professionals and love it!
